I am a professional and compassionate postpartum doula building my practice while bringing several years of experience in behavioral health, childcare, education, and family support. My background has taught me how to remain calm in stressful situations, listen without judgment, advocate for individual needs, and provide dependable support during major life transitions. I am passionate about helping new parents feel supported, informed, confident, and cared for during the postpartum period. I provide hands-on newborn care, infant soothing, feeding and bottle-feeding support, breastfeeding/chestfeeding support, parent education, emotional support, and practical help with daily routines. I also offer light meal preparation, household organization, baby-related laundry and dishes, grocery organization, sibling and childcare support, and help with pets when needed. My goal is to give parents time to rest, recover, shower, eat, sleep, or simply have a moment for themselves. My behavioral health experience has also given me a strong appreciation for postpartum emotional well-being. I provide compassionate listening, emotional check-ins, resource and referral support, and help families navigate healthcare and community resources when additional support may be needed. My approach is warm, respectful, culturally responsive, nonjudgmental, and family-centered. I believe postpartum care should support the whole family—not just the baby. I meet families where they are and provide practical, reliable support tailored to their individual needs, preferences, culture, and parenting style.

Fee Details

My postpartum doula rate is $25–$40 per hour, depending on the type, timing, and length of support needed. I offer flexible daytime and overnight support and am happy to discuss customized arrangements based on each family's needs.
