My birth doula package provides comprehensive pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum support for mothers throughout San Diego County and North County San Diego. Support includes two prenatal birth preparation visits, personalized birth plan guidance, natural birth preparation, labor positions and comfort techniques, partner preparation, phone and text support throughout pregnancy, continuous labor and birth support, immediate breastfeeding support, one postpartum follow-up visit, and birth photography when circumstances allow.
