I highly recommend Linnéa as a doula! She coached me throughout my pregnancy over Zoom, and her support made such a meaningful difference in how I approached labor and birth.

One of the biggest things she helped me with was reframing my mindset. Instead of focusing on having a specific idea of how everything would unfold, she encouraged me to keep an open mind and trust that I would be able to navigate whatever came my way. We also worked through exercises together to help me prepare for and manage the pain during labor, which gave me a much greater sense of confidence going into the experience.

Linnéa is also such a wonderful listener. She never once made me feel judged when I shared my concerns, fears, or doubts. She created a safe space where I could be completely honest, and she always met me with kindness and understanding.

Above all, Linnéa was a calming force throughout my pregnancy and preparation for birth. That is exactly what you need when preparing for such a major, life-changing event.
