HOW I GOT INTO BIRTH WORK: I was the person who read all the pregnancy books, went down every research rabbit hole, and showed up at the hospital with a highlighted and laminated (very rigid) birth plan. And then birth rocked my world. Postpartum brought me to my knees. My experience taught me how much the people around you can shape not only how you experience your birth, but how you remember it years later. I also learned that being prepared doesn't mean knowing everything or being able to control how things unfold. It means understanding your options, knowing what matters to you, and having the right people in your corner. I understand the inner workings of the planner, the overthinker, the mildly anxious. So much of the preparation work I do with families is around mindset and focusing on the things you can control. I also have a special place in my heart for those coming into pregnancy or birth after a difficult or traumatic experience. I know how much a previous birth can stay with you- the things you wonder if you could have done differently, what you should prepare for this time, and how you can make sure it doesn't happen again. I want to help you work through those fears and feel more confident moving forward. My goal is for you to walk into birth feeling like you have a team behind you—and to know that no matter how your birth unfolds, you don't have to navigate it alone. I want you to feel like you can do this. Because you can. OUTSIDE OF BIRTH WORK: I grew up at the beach in New Jersey and come from a very loud (and very loving) Greek family. I'm a mama of two, love spending time with my family and friends, and absolutely LOVE to travel—I’ve been to 40+ countries and am always thinking about my next adventure. When I’m not traveling or supporting families, you’ll probably find me dancing, thrifting, reselling a treasure I found, or organizing something that probably didn't need to be organized.

Fee Details

I am a professionally trained birth doula currently completing my DONA certification. I’m newer to birth work, and my current rate reflects that as I continue building my practice.
