I don’t know how I would have navigated my pregnancy and birth without Alexa. I wish I had found her earlier in my pregnancy but she showed up at just the right time!

From my very first massage with Alexa, she made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. She took the time to understand my fears and hopes, and she held space for me in a way that made a world of difference. During pregnancy, her massages were moments where I could finally exhale, feel safe, and reconnect with my body. During labor, she was my anchor, reminding me that I was capable, and this was MY birth. Alexa was a source of warmth, reassurance, and love through our most vulnerable moments.
She massaged my very swollen legs and feet all night into the morning, helped me find comfortable positions, and encouraged me every step of the way. But it was during my birth that her presence became something I will never forget. I did not have an easy delivery but Alexa brought comfort when I felt scared, strength when I felt overwhelmed, and a sense of calm that grounded me through every contraction and every wave of emotion that came after.
Her massages helped me feel human again when pregnancy felt heavy, and her support during labor helped me tap into a strength I didn’t know existed inside me.
Alexa's presence gave me the confidence I needed to endure such an intense experience. I’ll forever be thankful for her support.

I also loved having her in our home for our postpartum visit and sharing my beautiful boy with her.

For any first-time mom, Alexa is an absolute gift. She gave us more than support, she gave us peace. I’ll treasure her role in our story forever.??

Working with Alexa was pure magic for me and my family. She was able to tap into my energy and my baby's energy from the get go and that helped me feel open and at ease with her from the start. Before getting pregnant Alexa was initally my massage therapist so I already felt comfortable with her before she helped support our labor. I always felt supported by Alexa, never judged or pressured. She helped by being a big sounding board and during labor her hands on help was just the touch I needed to help me deliver.
