Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
A LOT is happening during labor and birth, and even surrounded by medical professions, you might feel like you need more information! I will be at your side to advocate, help "translate" medical jargon, and help to guide you through this monumental experience.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
Birth Centers are a great in-between when you want the resources of a hospital but the calm and space of a home. I'd be honored to help you curate that space so you feel supported and confident as you enter labor.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
Home births with a midwife and a doula (ME!) invoke the idea that birth is a physiological process and not intrinsically a medical emergency. In the comfort of your own space, you can feel free to give into instinct and allow pain to come and go without pathologizing it. I love attending these special and unique experiences, and paying attention to details like washing sheets so you and baby can crawl into your own bed and rest as soon as possible!

I have had a life-long interest in birth and breastfeeding, and I'm so excited to be beginning my career in maternal health. I have attended a few births as a doula or as a friend, and even through a variety of outcomes and necessary medical interventions, I've aimed to protect the birthing person's autonomy, power of decision making, and perception of their unique birthing experience. Fee Details

I am a new doula, so I'm offering my services for free for the first 3 clients who contact me. As you journey into parenthood, I'll be journeying into my role as a full time Doula:)
