Birth support package includes: - Prenatal meeting and preparation: I offer up to two prenatal visits to get to know one another, prepare for birth and postpartum, discuss preferences, and plan for the support that will feel most helpful. - Phone and text support: Ongoing support for questions, resources, and conversations related to pregnancy and birth throughout your pregnancy and into postpartum. - On-call birth support: On-call availability 24/7 from two weeks before the estimated due date through one week after. - Labor and birth support: Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. - Postpartum support: Support immediately after birth, plus one postpartum visit to reconnect, reflect on the birth experience, check in, and share resources. - Birth photography: Candid photographs during labor and birth when desired and circumstances allow. - Resources and referrals: Relevant educational information, resources, and referrals.

As a first time mom, I wanted to get help understanding the birthing process and I knew myself and my husband needed a doula for that extra support. From the first time we talked with Ali, we knew she was a great fit for us… she is kind, real and easy to talk to. Both my husband and I felt more confident preparing for birth working with Ali.
Any questions or topics that we brought to her that she was unsure of (and we had a few unexpected complications!), she found information and research rooted in evidence to share and review with us. She is very honest in the areas she doesn’t have all the expertise yet, which made us trust her even more. Ali communicated effectively and timely with us. She helped us make a positive birth plan and to feel more comfortable interacting and communicating with doctors and medical team.
Ali brought a calm presence during and after our labor and delivery. Even as things didn’t go as “planned”, Ali provided us with a positive birth experience and continued with tons of postpartum support as well. We highly recommend having Ali as your doula ! We couldn’t imagine going through this experience without her!
