Birth support package includes: - Prenatal meeting and preparation: I offer up to two prenatal visits to get to know one another, prepare for birth and postpartum, discuss preferences, and plan for the support that will feel most helpful. - Phone and text support: Ongoing support for questions, resources, and conversations related to pregnancy and birth throughout your pregnancy and into postpartum. - On-call birth support: On-call availability 24/7 from two weeks before the estimated due date through one week after. - Labor and birth support: Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. - Postpartum support: Support immediately after birth, plus one postpartum visit to reconnect, reflect on the birth experience, check in, and share resources. - Birth photography: Candid photographs during labor and birth when desired and circumstances allow. - Resources and referrals: Relevant educational information, resources, and referrals.
