My experience with pregnancy and birth includes being a live-in stability mentor for pregnant and new mothers in supportive housing, as well as over six years in the medical field as a certified nurse assistant and home health aide. My approach as a birth doula is to support you in having a holistic, relaxing, and Christ-centered birth, whether that be in a hospital, birth center, or at home. I believe in God’s intricate and intentional design for your body as a woman and mother. I am an advocate of physiological birth, non invasive support measures, and evidence based relaxation techniques. My goal is to encourage and affirm you in your birth plan and preferences while educating and advocating for you. I would love to connect and hear more about what you hope for in a birth doula, and how I can support you in your journey of pregnancy, birth, and parenting!

Fee Details

My services include the following: Free initial consultation, 5 weeks of unlimited, on call texting and calling support, access to a back up doula, 2 prenatal visits at your home, unlimited birth support of you and your partner, 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum support, and 1 postpartum visit at your home following birth.
