Hi! My name is Reina; I’m a certified postpartum doula serving Los Angeles and beyond. Growing up, I moved around a lot and was lucky enough to experience many different cultures, philosophies and ways of life firsthand. That upbringing shaped me deeply. It gave me a profound respect for the beautiful diversity in how families are built and how babies are raised. I completed my postpartum doula training at Bini Birth with Kathrin Auger through DONA International in May 2024, along with a lactation & feeding course. I became certified through ProDoula in June 2025 and am also CPR & First Aid certified. I bring over 12 years of childcare experience to my work, and I have been deeply honored to walk alongside families from all different backgrounds and walks of life. Every person who has come into my life has touched my heart in ways I will always carry with me. I believe one of my greatest missions is to offer guidance, non-judgmental support, a listening ear, and a helping hand to new parents navigating one of the most tender and intense chapters of their lives; the postpartum period. I am dedicated to showing up for you fully, in whatever way you need most.

Fee Details
Daytime postpartum care starts at $50 per hour (typical shifts are 4 - 10 hours and include postpartum recovery support, lactation and feeding support, newborn care and education, light housekeeping, and meal & snack preparation). Overnight postpartum care ranges from $65 - $80 depending on location and if client is expecting multiples. (Typical shifts are 8 hours, e.g., 10pm - 6am. Overnight support includes postpartum recovery support, lactation and feeding support, newborn care and education, breakfast & snack preparation for the family, and uninterrupted rest for the parents). Please note, I am not booked until there is a contract signed and a deposit paid.

Reina stepped in for our doula (who got in a car accident) on our very first night home from the hospital, and she was an absolute lifesaver. Her presence was calm, kind, and deeply reassuring during such a vulnerable transition. Beyond offering wonderful care and emotional support, she went above and beyond by preparing the most delicious overnight oats and offering to cook eggs for breakfast the next morning. Having Reina in our home gave me peace of mind, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Reina was incredible. She came to us during an extremely difficult time of postpartum with our first child. I had been stretching myself way too thin with pumping and feeding, and Reina helped me immensely get some much needed rest. She made me healthy snacks I could eat in the middle of the night, cleaned our kitchen, and always went above and beyond. We had 3 doulas and Reina was by far our favorite. She truly know how to care for babies and mothers. I will never forget how much of an impact Reina made on my postpartum journey, and I would recommend Reina to anyone looking for doula help.
