Hi! My name is Reina; I’m a certified postpartum doula serving Los Angeles and beyond. Growing up, I moved around a lot and was lucky enough to experience many different cultures, philosophies and ways of life firsthand. That upbringing shaped me deeply. It gave me a profound respect for the beautiful diversity in how families are built and how babies are raised. I completed my postpartum doula training at Bini Birth with Kathrin Auger through DONA International in May 2024, along with a lactation & feeding course. I became certified through ProDoula in June 2025 and am also CPR & First Aid certified. I bring over 12 years of childcare experience to my work, and I have been deeply honored to walk alongside families from all different backgrounds and walks of life. Every person who has come into my life has touched my heart in ways I will always carry with me. I believe one of my greatest missions is to offer guidance, non-judgmental support, a listening ear, and a helping hand to new parents navigating one of the most tender and intense chapters of their lives; the postpartum period. I am dedicated to showing up for you fully, in whatever way you need most.

Fee Details

Daytime postpartum care starts at $50 per hour (typical shifts are 4 - 10 hours and include postpartum recovery support, lactation and feeding support, newborn care and education, light housekeeping, and meal & snack preparation). Overnight postpartum care ranges from $65 - $80 depending on location and if client is expecting multiples. (Typical shifts are 8 hours, e.g., 10pm - 6am. Overnight support includes postpartum recovery support, lactation and feeding support, newborn care and education, breakfast & snack preparation for the family, and uninterrupted rest for the parents). Please note, I am not booked until there is a contract signed and a deposit paid.
