I'm a Latina doula (Puerto Rican, born and raised in NYC) offering culturally responsive birth and postpartum support, trained through Mama Glow, one of the most reputable and prominent doula training organizations in NYC. I got into this work after seeing how often mothers move through the most vulnerable times of their lives without the support they deserve. Every family has their own traditions and ways of welcoming a baby. Whether you're Latina, Black, Muslim, Christian, Asian, etc, I bring genuine curiosity and respect for the heritage and culture you carry into your birth journey, tailoring my care to reflect who you are. My support blends evidence-based education with emotional presence. In pregnancy, I help you understand your options and advocate for the birth you want. During labor, I offer continuous support so you feel grounded and held. Postpartum, I support your recovery and bonding with baby. Care is never one-size-fits-all. Shaped around your needs and culture.
