Eliza prepared a wonderful, personalized prenatal class for my husband, my mom, and me. She helped us fill in the gaps in our knowledge, work through our birth preferences, and feel more confident and prepared for the experience ahead. Most importantly, we all walked away feeling empowered, informed, and more connected as a birth team. It was such a valuable experience to share together, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eliza to anyone looking for a compassionate, honest, and genuinely passionate doula. I was lucky to receive Eliza's support after I gave birth to my first baby. I had a doula for my birth experience that didn't go as planned and I was feeling like I needed more support in my postpartum period. I was really feeling the need to integrate my birth experience into my body and to not have to leave my newborn baby to do so. 
Eliza came to my home, brought nourishing treats and made me a herbal perineal spray after I was complaining about irritation, gave me  nourishing body work sessions with my baby nursing beside me and she listened and helped me process my birth experience.

She then held a beautiful closing of the bones ceremony for me and I felt like I was receiving a giant hug of love from her and my chosen loved ones. I felt like my body, soul and mind were able to come home and feel whole during a time filled with sleep exhaustion and depletion from being a new mother.

I am so grateful for the nourishment and sacredness Eliza brought into my postpartum experience. I felt like I was able to recover and be a better new mother because of her support.
