My postpartum care is rooted in the belief that caring for a new mother means caring for her whole being — body, mind, emotions, and sense of self. Alongside practical household and newborn support, I offer gentle, individualized care for the postpartum body: restorative breathing, gentle movement, abdominal and back care, self-massage techniques, grounding and relaxation practices, and other simple body-based practices that can help a mother reconnect with herself and feel supported in her recovery. I also provide a deeply compassionate, judgment-free space for the full range of postpartum emotions. My role is not to tell a mother how she should feel, but to listen, hold space, and help her feel less alone. My approach is gentle, holistic, and always guided by the mother's needs, preferences, and boundaries.
