Type of practice: Solo practice
Clients per month: 1 to 4 births and 1 to 2 postpartum families
Postpartum limits/restrictions: Services Include: - 2–4 recurring shifts per week (min. of 4 weeks) - 4–8 hour daytime shifts (9am-5pm) - 8–10 hour overnight shifts (8pm-10pm) All contracts retain a 16-hour minimum per week

Attends home births? Some Home Births
Birth must be attended by a medical professional (no freebirths)

Daytime care: Singleton $50/hour Twins $55/hour Overnight care: Singleton $55/hour Twins $60/hour SERVICES INCLUDE: - Personalized postpartum support - Newborn care and feeding support - Nourishing and healing meal, snack, and beverage preparation - Freezer stock of meals and snacks - Light housekeeping — bottle and pump part washing/sanitizing, washing/drying laundry, folding & putting away baby laundry, parents room refresh (weekly sheet change, light tidy of baby areas, laundry collection, feeding/changing station restock), dishes, wiping countertops, restocking nursery, etc. - As needed sibling care (one-on-one time while parents bond with baby) - Evidence-based education and emotional support - Access to referral/resource library - Phone/email support between visits - Option to extend depending on availability (up to 12 weeks postpartum)
