Postpartum limits/restrictions: Michael Rae has a deep passion for walking alongside mothers through the vulnerable and transformative seasons of pregnancy and postpartum. With a background as a professional baker and private chef, she brings a unique understanding of the powerful role that nutrition plays in supporting body and spirit. Beyond nutrition, Michael provides practical support tailored to the needs of each mother-- whether folding laundry, assisting with feeding, or simply offering a listening ear. Through her work, Michael Rae hopes to show mothers that they are worthy of the same care that they so freely offer to others.

Fee Details

Currently offering an introductory rate while I earn my doula certification. Offering a daytime hourly rate at $20 per hour (4-6 hour shifts) and overnight hourly rate at $25 per hour (8-10 hour shifts)
