Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I provide continuous labour support at hospitals throughout the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas, and I am available to travel to other hospitals across Ontario by arrangement. My role is to provide emotional support, comfort measures, partner coaching, and advocacy while working collaboratively with your healthcare team. I do not perform clinical or medical procedures.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I provide continuous labour support at birth centers throughout Ontario and work collaboratively with midwives and the birth team. My role includes emotional support, comfort measures, partner coaching, and advocacy while respecting your birth preferences. I do not perform clinical or medical procedures.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I attend planned home births in collaboration with your midwife or healthcare provider. I provide continuous emotional support, comfort measures, and partner guidance throughout labour and birth. For health and safety, I provide services in smoke-free homes. If there are pets in the home, I kindly ask that they be kept in a separate area during my visit whenever possible.

Fee Details

My hourly rate ranges from $45–$60, depending on the type of service, location, hours required, and level of support. Birth doula packages, postpartum care, overnight newborn care, and customized care plans are priced separately based on your family's needs. I offer personalized packages, complimentary consultations, and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Travel outside the Waterloo Region may incur an additional travel fee.
