Postpartum limits/restrictions: My post partum practice involves maya womb massage to support post partum recovery. Optional Ayurvedic meal options.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I provide in-person doula support for hospital births, including continuous labor support, comfort measures, advocacy with hospital staff, and postpartum assistance. I coordinate with your care team and respect hospital policies.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
It would be my honor and privilege to witness and support your birth center birth.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
It would be my honor and privilege to witness and support your home birth.

I volunteer for Joy In Birthing Foundation, providing birth doula services to women coming from shelters, foster care, etc.

Fee Details

2-hour Maya abdominal session (includes full-body massage, womb massage, optional breast massage, faja wrap, and integration): $333. Package: 3+ sessions (prepaid): $900. Abdominal massage only (1 hour): $175.
