Birth support is offered as a package, not a single event. It includes writing your birth plan together, nesting and nutrition guidance to prepare your body, and helping get your mind ready for motherhood, along with prenatal visits to build our connection, presence for the birth itself, and at least one visit after to make sure you and baby are settled. For those who want it, we can also partner in prayer and scripture over your birth, rooted in Christ, radiant, and ready. Postpartum support is where you finally get to rest and heal, so overwhelm and depression don't have room to seep in. You have time to shower, pray, and just be yourself, so motherhood feels like joy instead of something you're just surviving. I handle hands-on newborn and recovery care alongside real, nourishing food I prepare in your kitchen, so you and baby are cared for first. Birth and postpartum packages can also be combined for continuous care from pregnancy through recovery.
