My birth package includes: • Complimentary consultation • Two prenatal visits to discuss your goals and preferences, prepare for labor, review evidence-based information, and practice comfort measures. • Unlimited phone, text, and email support throughout pregnancy. • 24/7 on-call availability beginning at 38 weeks until your baby arrives. • Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth. • Guidance and support for your partner or chosen support person • Immediate postpartum support, including feeding, bonding • One postpartum follow-up visit to answer questions, process your birth experience, and support your transition into parenthood. Additional postpartum visits are available. Postpartum Support Daytime: $50/hour (3-hour minimum) Overnight: $55/hour (8-hour minimum) If you are low income and need a doula, please reach out.
