Clients per month: 1 to 3 births and 1 to 2 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: To provide the best possible postpartum support, I ask that families maintain a safe, smoke-free, and respectful environment. Please let me know about any pets or special circumstances in the home so we can plan a comfortable experience for everyone.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I provide continuous emotional, physical, and educational support to families during their birth and postpartum journey. I collaborate respectfully with hospital staff and follow all hospital policies and guidelines. My role is to support the birthing person and their family while complementing the care provided by medical professionals.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I provide compassionate birth support, education, and comfort measures for families choosing a birth center setting. I work collaboratively with midwives and birth center staff while respecting their policies and scope of care. My role is to support the birthing person and their family throughout their birth experience.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
I provide compassionate birth support, education, and comfort measures for families choosing a home birth setting. I work respectfully alongside the family and their chosen birth team while honoring their preferences and following professional boundaries. My role is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout the birth experience.

Fee Details

My postpartum support fees are customized based on each family’s needs, the level of support requested, and the length of care. I offer compassionate, evidence-based support including newborn care education, postpartum recovery support, feeding and lactation guidance, light meal preparation, emotional support, and helping families adjust during the fourth trimester. Packages and hourly options are available, with a consultation provided to create a plan that best fits your family’s goals and needs. A deposit is required to reserve services, and payment plans may be available.
