As a full-spectrum doula, I support families and individuals through fertility, pregnancy, abortion, birth, postpartum, and loss. My background is in education, research, caregiving, and childcare, and my practice is grounded in reproductive justice and the belief that everyone deserves care that honors their identities, values, lived experiences, and circumstances. I bring a calm, steady presence and an attentive, grounding approach to every birth and postpartum space, offering practical, trauma-informed, evidence-based support tailored to your needs. I warmly welcome people and families of all kinds, and especially enjoy supporting first-time parents, LGBTQ+ families, neurodivergent clients, and individuals experiencing chronic illness.
