Postpartum doula care provides compassionate, evidence-based support to help families transition confidently into life with a new baby. Services are personalized to meet each family's needs and may include: Newborn care education and guidance Infant soothing, feeding, diapering, tummy time, cognitive activities, and sleep support Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support (non-medical) Emotional support for parents Assistance with establishing newborn routines Light household tasks related to baby care (laundry, bottle washing, tidying nursery) Meal preparation and hydration reminders for the recovering parent Sibling adjustment support Resources and referrals when additional care is needed Minimum booking: 3-hour visit Overnight care (optional): Starting at $50–$85 per hour (or a flat overnight rate)
