Postpartum limits/restrictions: With over 20 years as a registered nurse in NICU and postpartum, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to caring for your family. I am familiar with western medicine and some traditional and emerging practices. Whether you’re baby wearing, eating placenta soup, or practicing zuo yue zi, I’m here to support you and respect whatever choices you make. If I don’t know something, I usually know how to find out! I will advocate for the care you want and deserve. I'm comfortable in any setting we might find ourselves in, from the nicu to your living room. Helping with baby feeding and lactation care is one of my favorite things to do! Whether you’re pumping and bottle feeding, milk sharing, direct bodyfeeding, or suppressing or inducing milk production. I’m here to help you care for your chest and feed your baby safely. In addition to baby stuff, I can also do light housecleaning, cooking, laundry, and yard work. I can help with driving for you and your family if needed, assist you with work responsibilities, or any other errands within my capability. Get in touch with me to arrange a free 30 min chat in person or over zoom to see if we’re a good fit. If booked, I will block out 6 weeks before and 3 months after your due date and only serve 1 family at a time. I have experience working with parents under 20yo or over 40yo, parents with disabilities, gay, lesbian and other queer couples, transgender “seahorse” Dads, families who grow with the help of a surrogate or adoption, parents who use medical or recreational cannabis, polycules and other family structures, and people who use medications for mental health, chronic pain, or substance use disorder. Upon request, I can provide my AZ fingerprint card, RN license, resume, references, immunizations, background check reports, driving record, or sign a release for you to do your own background check.

Fee Details

$650+ Base package includes initial planning meeting (60min), 6 overnight hours and 10 hours between 8am- 8pm. 3h min for night visit, 2h day. additional hours $40/hr daytime, $55/hr night. $200 due upon booking, $450 invoiced at completion of base package hours or termination of service. Additional hours invoiced monthly. Payment due within 30 days of invoice.
