Through my volunteer work as a Lived Experience Specialist and Support Navigator for Postpartum Support International (PSI), as well as a volunteer doula for Elijah’s Open Arms Foundation and Mama Kawsay’s Safe Beginnings Program, I extend compassionate, last-minute labor and perinatal mental health support to uninsured mothers, families facing hardship, and anyone navigating parenthood without a safety net. Everyone deserves to feel safe, heard, and deeply supported across every stage of bringing life into the world.

I support families through pregnancy, labor, and the fourth trimester—offering both comprehensive birth support and standalone postpartum care tailored to your needs. While I warmly welcome all family dynamics, my practice holds a dedicated passion for walking alongside single mothers, young moms, and those navigating parenthood without a traditional support system. For couples, I am equally passionate about supporting partners—guiding them with practical tools and reassurance so they feel confident and connected throughout the experience. Whether you need grounded advocacy in the delivery room, hands-on nurturing during those first vulnerable weeks at home, or support for you and your partner as a team, you deserve a strong foundation. I am here to protect your peace and walk alongside you so you feel connected and cared for from day one.
