Hi, I’m Qaila (pronounced kai-lah)! I’m a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula and I believe that having hands-on support right from the beginning of your journey is what will lead you to success. I take a client-led approach in my practice because I trust that you know what is right for you and your family. I'll provide support to you and your baby, but I also take care of your home and I collaborate with your support system and your other care providers. What makes my practice unique is supporting you in using evidence-based practices, but also supporting you to honour your culture and heritage, and to trust your instincts in a way that feels right to you. Fee Details

My standard birth package includes: text/phone support, 2 prenatal visits, labour, and a postpartum check-ins. My postpartum package includes care for you, baby, and your house/the other people in it. In most cases, ask and you shall receive!
