Jill was incredibly helpful to me during a tough phase postpartum. My daughter had been waking up hourly for half the night for about a month when she hit the 4-month sleep regression and I couldn't handle it anymore. We weren't ready to sleep train yet, but we couldn't get up every hour so we had Jill come twice a week. She was so sweet with our girl. She calmed her down and spoke softly to her. It really put me at ease and allowed me to get some much-needed rest. She was attentive and found ways to calm her down and get her back to sleep. She helped bridge the time between the worst of the regression and us sleep training.

Jill was an exceptional doula/night nurse for us!  She had incredible experience and came the first week, just in time to help us learn a bunch of techniques to keep Baby Jack comfortable. Jack suffered from gas and her baby massage techniques were helpful and implementing them wasn't hard. She arrived with breastfeeding protein balls and a pee-pee tent.  She had such a kind, loving demeanor. We immediately loved her.  We originally had scheduled her for 2x/week, but Jack was an easy baby so she was flexible on scheduling as-needed, which helped us maximize our value. She was Diligent about recording everything and adherent to Jack's minimal medication schedule.  She alleviated so much stress in the early days by handling the changing & burping, which are actually the longest part of feeding time. Jill has strong intuition and was great at extending Jack's time between feedings, so I could get a few extra minutes or an extra hour of sleep.  She brought all her own gear, was unintrisive, although we told her to enjoy free reign of the house while she was with us.  She also used the downtime to help us with folding laundry which actually really piles up with a new baby. We are so grateful for her love and help during this exciting & tiring time for our family.

Jill was an incredible doula and a wonderful support for our family. She is warm, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely kind. From the moment she arrived, she cared for my daughter as if she were her own, giving us complete peace of mind.

Jill taught us valuable techniques, including gas relief massages and soothing massage methods to help our baby settle and fall asleep. She also shared practical feeding tips and tricks that made a huge difference and helped us establish a consistent routine. Her guidance, patience, and expertise were invaluable during those early weeks. We are so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring and experienced doula.
