When it comes to postpartum, I offer in-home support as your family finds your rhythm after birth, meant to leave you feeling nourished and grounded. Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the care I offer provides deep nourishment and helps to cultivate warmth, ease, restorative rest and connection.
