I offer both individual visits, and multiple packages to choose from. I want my care to be accessible and flexible to meet your needs- I am happy to discuss personalized plans for care that work with each family's unique situation. A postpartum doula can help ease your transition into parenthood by providing practical support, evidence based suggestions, a listening ear, and referrals when needed, ensuring you feel confident and cared for during this time. This work is nuanced, and allows you the spaciousness to come as you are, while also feeling witnessed and anchored in this transformative time.
