I have a Masters of Public Health with a Maternal and Child Health concentration from the University of Washington (2021), and a Bachelors of Arts in Medical Anthropology and Global Health with a minor in Nutritional Science, also from the University of Washington (2019). I also work at a nonprofit supporting families with social determinants of health needs. I am involved in children’s and family outreach work in my community, have participated in trainings and workshops across the globe, am a member of MomCo International, and am a mother.

As I am currently completing my postpartum certification, (I became a certified birth doula through DONA in 2020), I am offering postpartum support at a reduced rate.
