Postpartum limits/restrictions: Live-in or out-of-area care requires accommodation, meals, transportation, and a daily 8-hour rest period and off on Sundays. A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve dates and is applied toward the final weeks of service. Weekly payment is preferred.

Fee Details
Daytime postpartum doula care is $75/hr. Twin $100/hr. Overnight newborn care is $85/hr. Twins $110/hr Postpartum meals support is $150/day, ingredients provided by client. Minimum shift is usually 8 hours for daytime care and 10–12 hours for overnight care. I am experienced in supporting Carrot and Maven clients with high-touch multilingual postpartum doula care that supports both mother’s recovery and baby’s early adjustment with calm, structured, and culturally sensitive care. I specialize in newborn observation, feeding and sleep routine support, baby cue interpretation, maternal recovery support, and postpartum nutrition based on Chinese confinement principles blended with modern Western nutrition and I'm a trained Western Chef.

Mona has been an absolute lifesaver for our family over the past two months.
