I had the pleasure of having Mona as my Postpartum Doula for three weeks~ She was very responsive in the initial screening and checked all the boxes I was looking for in my postpartum care and more. I wish she could have supported us longer, but she had another family to work with after our agreed time.

Mona assisted us with a variety of care. Mainly newborn care, maternal postpartum care, postpartum meals, and housework pertaining to care for mom and baby. Mona is a wonderful postpartum doula! She has experience and knowledge that definitely shows up in her care. She is easy to talk to and communicate with. As a first time mom, I was unsure of a lot of things, but she provided a lot of useful information about recovery, schedule suggestion, and baby care. Mona is very knowledgeable in nutrition and TCM practices too.  She knows how to handle and read baby's cues and needs. She is here to support you and baby! She is very intentional and sweet in all that she does. 

I am so glad I found Mona, having her support outside of my partner was such a luxury!

Mona has been an absolute lifesaver for our family over the past two months. As a first time mom, navigating those early weeks felt so overwhelming, and having her by our side really helped us establish confidence. She's been integral to our journey through the unknowns of new parenthood - giving us advice, tips and tricks, and more. She even identified a critical medical issue with Arthur early on that we were able to address right away, something I will always be grateful for.

Mona is multilingual, including English and Chinese - in fact, her English communication skills were one of the main reasons we chose her. She also offers postpartum meal prep and live in confinement nanny services, we've sampled some of her cooking and it's so delicious. Whether you're looking for overnight support or more comprehensive postpartum care, I can't recommend Mona enough.
