My doula packages include 3 prenatal visits, continuous labor and birth support, and 4 postpartum visits focused on personalized and nurturing care throughout pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Prenatal visits include birth education, birth preferences planning, understanding hospital policies, postpartum planning, emotional support, partner preparation, stretching, belly taping, fresh juicing at every visit, and my guidebook. Labor support starts once labor begins. I will offer virtual support until active labor where I am physically present. It includes comfort measures, emotional and partner support, advocacy and communication support, plus photography/videos if desired. Postpartum support includes nourishing meals, lactation support, emotional support, postpartum recovery guidance, herbal sitz baths, womb massage and belly binding, washing pump parts, light household support, and sacred placenta imprinting.
