Our team includes over 200 Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, RNs, and LPNs who provide overnight care, daytime support, sleep guidance, live-in care, travel support, and nanny placements. We focus on thoughtful one-on-one matching so each family is paired with a caregiver who fits their unique needs, schedule, and parenting style. We frequently work with benefits like CARROT, Maven and Progyny and all of our team members have background checks, excellent reference checks, an outsourced accredited training and will provide your family with safe care, following AAP safe sleep guidelines and teaching your baby to sleep to the best of their ability.
