Congratulations on your growing family! I provide steady, faith-based support through pregnancy and birth, and I'd be honored to be a part of your story! As a birth doula, I will provide 3 prenatal appointments, in-person support at your birth for as long as you need me and until breastfeeding is established, and one postpartum visit. The prenatal visits will include building your birth plan/preferences, discussing childbirth education, practicing comfort measures and positions, and discussing postpartum concerns or a postpartum plan. The postpartum visit will be to check on how you are doing, provide breastfeeding support, talk about your birth experience, and provide any light housework or other tasks that you may need help with.
