I truly believe God places certain people in our lives exactly when we need them most, and my birth doula was such a blessing to our family. As a first-time mom, I had so many fears and uncertainties, but she brought so much peace, comfort, encouragement, and support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. During labor, she was truly an answered prayer. Her calm presence, encouragement, and servant’s heart helped me feel safe, empowered, and cared for during one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. She supported not only me, but my husband as well, and helped create such a peaceful atmosphere as we welcomed our baby into the world. You can truly see the love of Christ in the way she serves others. This is so much more than a job to her — it is clearly her calling. I will forever be grateful that God placed her in our lives during such a special season. If you are looking for a compassionate, faith-filled, and incredible doula, I cannot recommend her enough.
