Carrie supported me through my 20 hour home birth with my second daughter. She was such a calm and supportive presence and aniticipate my needs moment to moment, providing space, calming touch, encouraging words, and practical support. While I didn't go to the hospital, I know her vast experience in more medical settings would have been a huge asset and comfort, had that been nessesary. Because of her sensitivity, respect, proactivity, and knowledge, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a birth doula!
