My $500 virtual doula fee includes individualized, evidence-based support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum. Included: • Two virtual prenatal sessions (2–3 hours each) covering birth preferences, comfort measures, and postpartum planning • Unlimited phone, text, and email access throughout pregnancy • Customized birth preferences document and evidence-based resources • Virtual labor support via phone or video during active labor • Guidance on comfort measures, position changes, and advocacy for you and your partner • One virtual postpartum session, including feeding support and birth processing As a Registered Nurse and CAPPA-certified doula, I bring clinical knowledge and birth work training to every client I support.
