On my second birth but learned so much. Sarah was really great at pointing me in the right direction for information and giving me points to think about, nutrition to take and excercises to do to make birth easier. So happy to have worked with Sarah! Would highly recommend.

Having Sarah as my doula has been the BEST decision I had EVER made! Even though I was pregnant with my 3rd child, I had some fears and concerns that I didn’t want to happen again and she helped me get through the whole process! We talked about ways what we could do differently this round and how to overcome those fears! She is very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and is very passionate about what she does! I never had a birthing experience quite like this before! Because of Sarah, I was able to have the BEST, smooth and most positive experience I’ve ever had (before, during and after) giving birth! If I decide to have more kids down the road, Sarah is my go-to girl! I would hire her again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything Sarah! ??
