Birth is deeply personal and deserves support that honors your body, your voice, and your values. I offer something uniquely rare in the doula space: I am both a trained medical doctor and former OB-GYN resident, and recently a full-spectrum doula. During residency, I personally helped bring around 200 babies into the world through both vaginal and cesarean births, and I cared for patients across the full spectrum of reproductive health including prenatal care, antepartum complications, miscarriage, abortion care, and postpartum recovery. What this means for you is simple: you don’t have to choose between emotional support and medical understanding, you get both. I specialize in helping clients feel informed, grounded, and confident as they navigate a healthcare system that can sometimes feel overwhelming or disempowering. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, or a cesarean, I meet you without judgment and support your right to make decisions that feel aligned for you. My journey through medicine gave me a deep understanding of the clinical side of birth, but it also opened my eyes to how often birth becomes overly medicalized, leaving out the emotional, spiritual, and cultural dimensions that matter just as much. As a doula, I center autonomy (your choices, your body, your birth), advocacy (helping you feel seen, heard, and respected), translation (breaking down medical language so you truly understand your options) and presence (calm, continuous, nonjudgmental support). I am especially skilled at supporting clients who want help navigating hospital systems or provider dynamics, desire clear, unbiased explanations of interventions, feel unsure how to advocate for themselves in medical spaces, come from diverse or underserved backgrounds.
BIRTH SUPPORT: $1,500 standard, $800-$1,000 sliding scale (limited spots). Package includes 2 prenatal visits (20–28 weeks, 32–36 weeks), continuous labor support, 1 postpartum visit 3–10 days postpartum, text/phone support throughout pregnancy. POSTPARTUM SUPPORT: $30/hour daytime and $40/hour overnight. VIRTUAL SUPPORT: $75 per session (60–90 min), $200 for 3 sessions or $400 for virtual birth support.
