Postpartum limits/restrictions: I provide calm, in-home postpartum and newborn support for mothers who need time to rest and not do everything alone. My focus is on helping you feel supported during those early weeks—whether that’s caring for your baby so you can sleep, helping with routines, or simply being an extra set of hands when things feel overwhelming. I take a quiet, attentive approach and prioritize creating a safe, steady environment for both you and your baby. Support is currently offered on a limited basis, primarily on weekends.

Fee Details

I provide calm, in-home postpartum and newborn support for mothers who need time to rest and not do everything alone. My focus is helping you feel supported during those early weeks—whether that’s caring for your baby so you can sleep, helping with routines, or simply being an extra set of hands when things feel overwhelming. I take a quiet, attentive approach and prioritize creating a steady, supportive environment for both you and your baby. Weekend support is currently available, with 4-hour sessions offered at $160.
