My doula services are offered in a few different care packages so families can choose the level of support that best fits their needs. Packages typically include prenatal education and planning sessions, continuous labor support during birth, and postpartum follow-up care. Postpartum and extended support options are also available. I believe every family deserves support during birth, so I’m always open to discussing flexible payment plans when needed. Not only did she travel out of town for us, which already says a lot about her dedication, but she consistently checked in throughout the entire pregnancy, making sure both my wife and I felt informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
As a dad, it’s easy to feel a little out of your depth during pregnancy and labor, but she made all the difference. I can honestly say I would’ve been lost without her. She took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and help me understand how to best support my wife. That meant everything to me.
When it came time for delivery, she was an incredible advocate for the birth experience my wife wanted. She made sure our voices were heard, helped us navigate decisions, and kept us grounded and calm during an intense and emotional time. Her presence gave us both a sense of confidence and reassurance that we weren’t alone in the process.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, goes the extra mile, and supports not just the mom but the entire family, including dads, I couldn’t recommend her more. She was truly an essential part of our journey.
