Fee Details
each family’s unique needs. I provide prenatal, labor, and postpartum support, with a strong focus on postpartum and transitional care. I currently accept some Virginia Medicaid plans and am in the process of contracting with North Carolina Medicaid plans, which may allow eligible clients to receive services at no cost. For private pay clients, I offer flexible pricing, payment plans, and sliding scale options when appropriate. Additional services such as postpartum night support, meal prep, and light household assistance can be added to any package. I believe everyone deserves support, so I’m always open to discussing options that make care accessible.

I can’t recommend Alora at Zenlena Partum Care enough! She supported me through my prenatal care, labor, birth, and postpartum journey, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better doula. She helped me prepare for labor, guided me through laboring at home for as long as possible, and kept me feeling calm, informed, and confident every step of the way.
