Fee Details

2 prenatal visits (one online, one in person), plus 24/7 phone support as needed. I offer emotional support for past experiences and childbirth education with breathing, positions, and essential information on labor stages, natural vs. medicated birth, home birth, postpartum prep, and birth planning. When labor begins, the family contacts me so I can help assess the right time to go to the hospital or call the home birth team. If it’s early, I go to your home to provide non-medicated pain relief, exercises, and emotional support. I use massage, acupressure, affirmations, aromatherapy, and guide partners in how to help, always respecting the birthing person’s needs. Includes 1 postpartum visit with breastfeeding support, emotional check-in, comfort measures, newborn care guidance, and practical help so the family can rest. Investment: CAD 1,600 (60% at contract, remainder during birth week). Reach out for a free chat.
