We had an amazing experience with our night nurse, Melissa. Having overnight support made such a difference during those newborn weeks. Melissa was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, and always made us feel comfortable asking questions. We were able to get much-needed sleep knowing our baby was in great hands. She followed our preferences, helped sleep train our baby gently and gave us helpful tips that we still use today. Melissa truly made those early months feel manageable, and we are so grateful for her care. Highly recommend her to any new parents

One Dream to the Next is exactly that -- an absolute dream! We had the pleasure of working with Melissa and her team at the recommendation of a friend. We didn't have any overnight help with our first child but knew we'd need extra help with our second, and there is no way we would have any semblance of sanity without Melissa and her team. Melissa, Tina and Darrah are consummate professionals and have extensive experience and training with newborns. Communication was always clear, and Melissa had frequent check-ins to make sure our ever changing goals were aligned. Melissa is a treasure trove of knowledge not only with newborns but also lactation consulting and postpartum care. She entertained all of my questions at any hour of the day with patience and specific, personal advice. The team fit into our house and nighttime routine seamlessly and were very flexible with the schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend One Dream to the Next to all of our expecting friends!

I have known Melissa for 20+ years. During the time I have known her she has been a kind and caring individual. She always goes above and beyond for others, is highly professional and knowledgeable in what she does. She always offers to lend a helping hand no matter what it may be.
In addition to being an excellent caregiver she is also an amazing mother and has raised her children beautifully. I am a mother of two and she has helped me tremendously with both my children, offering support and guidance.

Melissa was the best decision we made when it came to our daughter. She made our transition into parenthood as smooth as it could possibly be. She was the voice of calm wisdom whenever I was concerned or struggling and boy does she really know her stuff! Melissa not only helped us establish a routine with our daughter; she also assisted me with breastfeeding. I may have given up without her support and encouragement. 

She’s a mom herself and loves babies and that became very apparent very quickly. She was so tender and sweet with our baby girl. Our daughter loved Melissa and that was incredibly reassuring. If we have more children, there’s no question that we’ll be returning clients! 

Melissa is incredibly professional and holds herself to a very high standard. She’s informed on all the latest information and provides the why behind her recommendations while still being respectful of any personal parenting decisions.
