Postpartum limits/restrictions: My postpartum care is rooted in emotional support, presence, and helping families ease into their new rhythm. I provide guidance with newborn care and light support related to the baby, while maintaining clear boundaries around medical care and extensive household duties.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
In hospital settings, I offer grounding, continuous support to help families feel calm, informed, and empowered. I respect hospital guidelines and work in harmony with medical staff while ensuring my client feels heard, supported, and cared for throughout their experience.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I offer calm, attentive support in birth center settings, helping families feel grounded, empowered, and supported. I work collaboratively with midwives and staff while honoring each family’s birth preferences and creating a comfortable, safe environment.

Fee Details

Postpartum support is $30/hour with a 3-hour minimum per visit. I offer a limited introductory rate of $25/hour for founding families. Services are secured with a signed agreement and retainer, with customized support based on each family’s needs.
