Postpartum limits/restrictions: I offer flexible in-home support and aim to accommodate a variety of family environments. I am comfortable working in homes with pets and will discuss any specific needs or preferences with each family to ensure a good fit.

Fee Details

I offer personalized birth and postpartum doula support designed to meet each family’s unique needs. Birth doula packages range from $700–$1,550 and include prenatal preparation, on-call availability, continuous labor support, and postpartum follow-up care. Postpartum support is available at $35–$100 per hour, with options for both daytime and overnight care. Overnight support is tailored to help families rest and recover while receiving hands-on newborn care and guidance. I also offer optional birth preparation sessions using my SPRKX Method™, focused on emotional readiness, confidence, and support through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
