-Complimentary consultation / meet-and-greet -1–2 prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques, and labor preparation -Birth planning guidance and education -On-call support starting at 37 weeks until birth -Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor and birth -Comfort measures such as breathing guidance, positioning, movement, and counter-pressure -Immediate postpartum support after birth (help with feeding and bonding) -1 postpartum follow-up visit -Newborn care guidance (feeding, soothing, sleep basics) Infant feeding support (breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding) -Emotional support and recovery support for the birthing parent -Light household help related to baby care (baby laundry, bottle washing, tidying baby areas) -Helping parents rest and adjust to their new routine
