I am actively involved in the maternal health space through direct support, education, and mentorship. As a certified doula, I have supported women during pregnancy and postpartum, providing emotional care, education, and advocacy. Fee Details
My Standard Birth Doula Package is $1,000 and includes two prenatal visits, continuous virtual support, a 2-week on-call period, continuous labor and birth support, and one postpartum visit. A 25% non-refundable deposit ($250) reserves your spot, with the remaining balance due by 38 weeks. Travel within 30 miles of Mankato is included. A one-time travel fee of $50 applies for families 30–50 miles away, and $75 for 50–70 miles. Families beyond 70 miles are welcome to reach out to discuss travel. Add-on: meal batch cooking at $20/hr (groceries provided by family). Postpartum packages are also available; see my website for details.

When I was preparing for the birth of my daughter, Isabel, I knew it wouldn’t be an easy journey. We had already learned about her congenital heart defect, and the pregnancy was provoked at 38 weeks due to growth restrictions. The anticipation and uncertainty were overwhelming, but having Funmi as my doula made all the difference.
