As a doula in the hospital setting, my role is to provide continuous emotional and physical support throughout your birth experience. I am there to help you feel calm, informed, and empowered by offering comfort measures, encouragement, and guidance tailored to your needs. I work alongside your medical team to support your preferences while also helping your partner feel confident and involved, stepping in with reassurance or assistance whenever needed. My goal is to create a supportive, reassuring environment so you feel cared for every step of the way.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
As a doula in a birth center setting, my role is to provide steady emotional and physical support in a calm, natural environment that encourages physiological birth. I offer comfort measures, guidance, and reassurance to help you feel confident and at ease throughout your labor, while respecting the birth center’s approach and your personal preferences. As a newer doula, my very first birth experience was in a birth center, which gave me a meaningful foundation and appreciation for this style of care. I am also there to support your partner, helping them stay involved and confident by offering encouragement and hands-on guidance when needed. My goal is to help you feel supported, safe, and empowered during your entire birth experience.

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
As a doula in a home birth setting, my role is to provide continuous emotional and physical support in the comfort and familiarity of your own space. I help create a calm, grounded environment by offering comfort measures, encouragement, and guidance that align with your natural birth preferences. I work alongside your midwife to support your experience while ensuring you feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout labor. I am also there for your partner, offering reassurance and hands-on support so they can feel confident and involved. My goal is to nurture a peaceful, supported atmosphere where you can fully trust your body and your birth process.

Fee Details

My birth doula rate is $800. This includes two prenatal visits at your home(at 34 and 37 weeks), the birth and one post partum visit at your home(about 5 days - 1 week post partum or once your milk has come in). I am very new still and in the process of getting certified through my course! I have had one client thus far and two more upcoming that I’m very excited to attend. I plan to be certified come June 2026 and I would love to support you and your family during this special season of life!
