I am a certified birth doula with a background in public health, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Public Health and have experience developing evidence-based education alongside physicians and allied health professionals. I translate research into clear, practical guidance so families feel informed and confident in their decisions. My path to birthwork was shaped by both my professional experience and my own journey into motherhood. After my daughter’s birth in 2022, I felt called toward a more embodied understanding of health. During my third pregnancy, I trained and certified as a Holistic Birth Doula through The Matrona. I offer relationship-centered, individualized care rooted in education, presence, and respect—bringing a calm, grounded approach to support families through this transformative time.
