Clients per month: 2 to 4 births and 2 to 4 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: As your doula, I will meet you exactly where you are, whether this is your first baby or your fourth, whether you are parenting alone or surrounded by familia, whether you speak English, Spanish, or both. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. My goal is to support your birth and help you feel informed, respected, and confident in your choices — a steady presence that uplifts your voice, honors your instincts, and celebrates your power. My professional journey has been as rich as my personal one. From bilingual advocacy for survivors of domestic and sexual violence to Medical Interpreter with a focus on maternal health, every role has been rooted in service and driven by a deep love for my community. I proudly carry a double major in Social Sciences and Chicanx/Latinx Studies from Portland State University, with minors in Psychology and Neuroscience — a degree twenty years in the making, built alongside raising my children and serving my community. This foundation in human connection, family dynamics, trauma-informed care, and cultural humility is what I bring to every family who welcomes me into their journey — as someone who has lived it, studied it, and advocated through it.
