Fee Details

$40 for daytime support, $60 for overnight support (limited availability) I provide compassionate, non-judgmental postpartum support to help families adjust during the early weeks after welcoming a new baby. As a mother of two young children myself, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to the postpartum period. My role is to nurture both parent and baby by offering emotional support, evidence-based guidance, and practical help with newborn care, feeding, recovery, and rest. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition, I also love supporting healing through food and enjoy preparing nourishing, comforting postpartum meals that help replenish and restore the body. I believe every family deserves to feel confident, supported and cared for during this important transition, and I strive to create a calm, reassuring presence in your home as you find your rhythm together.
